Vehicle protection insurance – Any mutual or third-party insurance broker/underwriter of the policy.

Motor insurance products range – Any mutual or third-party insurance broker/underwriter of the policy.

Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to other third parties.

All of your personal data is stored securely and in accordance with the principals of the General Data Protection regulations.

Legislative framework

The CAMS Group will monitor this policy to ensure it meets statutory and legal requirements including the General Data Protection Regulations. Annual training on the policy will include this aspect.

Ensuring the effectiveness of the policy

All Executive Committee members will receive a copy of the GDPR and privacy policy. Existing and new workers will be introduced to the confidentiality policy via induction and training. The policy will be reviewed annually and amendments will be proposed and agreed by the Executive Committee.

Non-adherence

Breaches of this policy will be dealt with under the Grievance and/or Disciplinary procedures as appropriate.

Changes of business ownership

The CAMS Group may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
